About
My name is Ido Nahmany, and I offer emotional therapy through an integrative approach that combines deep clinical knowledge with rich life experience. My therapy is designed for adults and adolescents coping with trauma, loss, anxiety, significant life changes, and personal or professional challenges.
I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work (MSW), a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA), and a certificate in group facilitation.
What makes my approach unique is the integration of my clinical expertise in emotional therapy with my extensive managerial background. This perspective allows me to see each individual in their full context—emotional, familial, occupational, and managerial—and to tailor the therapeutic process accordingly.
I believe that therapy is an opportunity to reconnect with inner strengths, develop resilience, and build self-efficacy, even in the face of complex life situations.

among my clients
I specialize in working with soldiers, reservists, first responders, and civilians affected by security events and traumatic experiences. My therapy supports individuals in coping with post-traumatic stress responses, anxiety, hyper-arousal, and feelings of loss of control.
I also accompany adults and adolescents dealing with loss, anxiety, abrupt life changes, and personal crises, offering a safe therapeutic space for emotional processing, strengthening resilience, and restoring meaning.
In addition, I work with managers and professionals facing emotional overload, burnout, or difficulties balancing personal and professional life. Thanks to the combination of clinical expertise and managerial experience, I provide a focused and practical approach that leads to tangible results in both life and work.
therapeutic approaches
I practice integrative therapy, combining different evidence-based methods tailored to each individual. Treatment is designed according to personal needs, the nature of the challenge, and the goals of therapy, ensuring a flexible and effective process that supports both healing and growth.
EMDR is a research-based therapeutic method that enables the safe and effective processing of traumatic experiences. It is particularly helpful for individuals coping with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), anxiety, loss, or painful experiences from the past.
Through structured bilateral stimulation, EMDR supports the brain’s natural healing processes, helping reduce emotional distress and restore balance.
Somatic Experiencing (SE) is a gentle, body-based approach to trauma therapy that focuses on the nervous system and bodily sensations. It helps release stuck patterns of tension, immobility, or overwhelm, allowing the body to gradually restore balance and resilience.
SE is especially suitable for individuals experiencing chronic stress, ongoing trauma, or physical manifestations of emotional distress
SEE FAR CBT is a short-term, structured method that combines the principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with tools such as guided imagery and personal narrative reconstruction.
It is particularly effective for individuals experiencing anxiety, trauma, or emotional distress following a single, overwhelming event, helping them regain stability and a sense of control.
Consulting for Managers and Professionals
I accompany managers and professionals experiencing emotional overload, burnout, or challenges in personal and professional functioning.
By combining clinical expertise and managerial experience, I provide a focused process that strengthens resilience, restores balance, and delivers practical results in both life and work.
Recommendations and certificates of appreciation
